4 fresh white fish fillets
2 tbs drained capers
Tomato pickle dressing
Grill fish until golden brown. Top with tomato pickle dressing and spinkle capers over.
Optional: Delicious served with sautéed lemon potatoes and salad.
Riesling, Pinot Noir and Rose are the best wines to pair with Grilled Fish with Tomato Pickle Dressing.
