I have made this slice and is fantastic, I also put a cup of desiccated coconut in the mix

Well just made the apple slice for the second time in a week, its so easy & very popular, I made it tonight so I can share it with my friends tomorrow, I know they will love it

I treated my 11 year old to morning tea at the coffee club, she went straight for the apple slice took one bite and said "No Mum Its Not As Good As Yours" and didn't finish it lol!
