Recipe by Kim McCosker & Rachael Bermingham from 4 Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup plain flour
3 tbs. cornflour
3 tbs. icing sugar
Preheat oven to 180C. Mix altogether in a blender. Press into baking tray lined with baking paper, bake for 30 minutes.
Dessert Wines, Fortified Wines and Sparkling Rose are the best wines to pair with Shortbread.
