Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Combine all ingredients and season with sea salt and pepper. Form into rissoles and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes or until cooked though.

Optional – These are also fine to pan-fry and are delicious served with a dollop of Raita.
