Lamb rissoles


  • 500g lamb mince

  • 1 onion grated

  • 2 tbs. mint jelly


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180C. Combine all ingredients and season with sea salt and pepper. Form into rissoles and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes or until cooked though.


Optional – These are also fine to pan-fry and are delicious served with a dollop of Raita.

every receipe we've tried from these ladies are not tasty at all, always had to throw it out, most of the ingredients used are artifical, that's the problem ladies, trying using fresh herbs and spices sometimes, it does make a difference. try using a little imagination
