Mary’s Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 onions, sliced finely

  • 4 bacon rashers, sliced finely

  • 800g lean mince

  • 2 x 420g cans of condensed tomato soup

Method

  • 1.

    In a fry pan sauté onion. Add bacon and cook until brown. Add mince and cook to your liking. Add enough soup to create a thickened consistency and serve.

Notes

Optional – this is a stand-alone recipe or you can serve it with your favourite pasta or some toast.

We have to remember that this is called...4 ingredients..
You'd be surprised how the condensed tom soup enhances the flavour...I do use a lot more than 4 ingredients in my sauce, but have always used the soup...not 2 tins though..just half to 3/4....
everyone who has had my spag bol have always loved it.......
