1 slice Lebanese bread
A few slices of left over lamb roast
Tomato, finely sliced
2 tablespoons natural yogurt
Squeeze of lemon
Salt and pepper
Combine yogurt, lemon, salt and pepper.
Spread yogurt mix over one side of the pita.
Top with lamb, tomato and lettuce.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz are the best wines to pair with Cold Lamb Gyro.
