Kiwifruit Caprioska

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 lime cut into 8 – 16 pieces
  • 1 kiwi fruit peeled and thickly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 8 cubes ice
  • 60 ml vodka
  • 1 tablespoon sugar syrup equal quantities of water and castor sugar heated till sugar dissolved

Method

  1. Place the lime kiwi and brown sugar in a cocktail shaker then muddle with a rolling pin
  2. Add the ice, vodka and sugar syrup, shake vigorously
  3. Serve
