Recipe by Peter Evans from Short Orders
1 Lime cut into 8 – 16 pieces
1 Kiwi Fruit peeled and thickly sliced
1 teaspoon brown sugar
8 Cubes Ice
60 ml Vodka
1 tablespoon sugar syrup equal quantities of water and castor sugar heated till sugar dissolved
Place the lime kiwi and brown sugar in a cocktail shaker then muddle with a rolling pin
Add the ice, vodka and sugar syrup, shake vigorously
Sparkling Whites, Pinot Gris and Dessert Wines are the best wines to pair with Kiwifruit Caprioska.
