Recipe by Kim McCosker & Rachael Bermingham from 4 Ingredients
750g lean mince
1/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup savoury biscuits, finely crushed
2 tbs. olive oil
Combine mince, salsa and biscuits. Roll into 6 patties. Heat frying pan, add oil, and brown patties.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the best wines to pair with Salsa patties.
