Creamy cheesy potato bake


Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 pkt Creamy Cheesy Potato Bake

Method

  1. Cover the bottom of a casserole dish with a kilo of thinly sliced potatoes.
  2. Mix a packet of Creamy Cheesy Potato Bake into a cup of thickened cream. Pour all over the potatoes. Cover it with shredded cheese and then place in a 180C oven for 45 minutes.
