Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly and cut into thin slices, season with sea salt.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the salted potatoes. Stir them until they are slightly browned.
  3. Add the onion and let it fry for 3 or 4 minutes.
  4. Beat the eggs and add the fried potatoes. Mix well. Cook them on high heat. Brown on one side and then turn, to brown the other.
