2 tbs. reduced fat fresh ricotta
1 tbs. honey
Slice and grill the apple for 3 minutes.
Layer apple and banana.
Top with ricotta and drizzle honey over all.
Moscato, Sparkling Whites and Sparkling Rose are the best wines to pair with Grilled apple, banana and ricotta stack.
