Quick Scrambled Eggs


Scrambled Eggs with Semi-Dried Tomatoes and Fetta

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat a non stick frypan over high heat.
  2. Lightly beat the eggs and cream together.
  3. Mix in the Semi-Dried Tomatoes
  4. Once the pan is hot, chuck in the beaten egg mix and stir like hell for about 30 - 40 seconds. As egg firms up, bung in the crumbled fetta.
  5. Take pan off heat and bung scrambled eggs on a plate.
  6. Now season it. If you bung in the salt before you cook it, it will bugger up the eggs.
