My name is Jan Flores.I am 33 and am a coeliac sufferer from Sydney in NSW.

I have recently published an online gluten free directory called Gluten Free 4 Me. We have had alot of interest from Australian Companies wishing to showcase their gluten free products and services online and we are proud to help each one of these companies achieve exposure of their products. As a community based website our aim was to bring both the consumer and company together online.

We have thousands of FREE gluten free recipes for our visitors to access, with links to over 30 of the TOP Free gluten free recipe sites around the world.

We have helpful articles available to read including topics on gluten intolerance symptons, what is gluten?, celiac disease symptons and much more.
