It's on again in a few minutes and again on +2 in a couple of hours, again at 6.00 p.m. and 8 on +2, again at 11.00 p.m. and 2 hours later on +2. I assume it's the same show? I stopped watching her years ago.

I have Nigella Xmas cook book and presume this is the same as the one on T.V.
500g (3 medium-sized) onions
2 eatign apples, peeled and cored
45g butter
1 x 15ml tablespoon vegetable oil
750 streaky bacon (never sure what that is always just use normal bacon)
zest of 2 clementines/satsumas (use mangarines)
2 x 400g gingerbread loaves (make your own do you need recipe ?) loosely crumbled
2 eggs beaten
approx 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Using a food processor (or by hand) finely chop the onion and apples

Put the butter and oil in a large, wide saucepan over a medium heat and fry the chopped onions and apples until soft, about 10 -15 min

Finely chop the bacon in the processor, or by hand, and add this to the softened onion/apple mixture. Cook stiring frequetnly, for about 5 mins more

Add the zest of the clementines/satsumas (mangarines) reserving the bald fruit (use for something else or eat it)

Take the pan off the heat and let it cool a little before mixing in the gingerbread crumbs. Your can let this get properly cold now if you want

Just beforre you want to cook the stuffing add the beaten eggs and pepper, and use it to stuff the cavity of your turkey or cook all of it in a buttered baking dish app 25cm x 9cm x 7cm deep

Bake it in a hot oven 200 C , you may need to cover with foil for 30 min if using a empty oven.

Let rest for a good 10mins out of the oven before turning out and carving.

Hope this helps .
