hi, I have just joined to your community and wish to say thank you for the acceptance. Do you know how to choose the proper diet not harmful for your organism? I hope to know many interesting things being a member of this forum!

Hi Marrabell! Nice to meet you. I'm from Canada and like it here on the board. Just wish I could enjoy your weather.

The best diet is no diet.

The best thing you can do if you want to lose weight is to eat healthier foods, watch how they are cooked and eat in moderation. When you first start feeling as if you are getting full, that is the time to stop eating.
I found one of the best things to do is stop the snacking and if I absolutely had to then to eat a piece of fruit.
