hi everyone. I am looking for a supplier of organic salmon, or at least salmon that hasn't been farmed...I'm in Sydney. Thank you!

I doubt very much that you would get wild salmon anywhere these days but I would call the Sydney Fish Markets, it IS the biggest market in the southern hemisphere and surely they would be able to point you in the right direction.
