I'd love to have dinner with Rick Stein. He seems like a treat of a dinner guest. The LAST person I'd want sampling my food is Gordon Ramsey !! If the food was only fair, Rick Stein would say it was great Gordon would be himself, I'm afraid

I too have a soft spot for Rick. I wouldn't mind dinner with Nick Nairn either. He's been one of my favourites for years!

I too would love Rick Stein to join my table. I have loved his programs and his simple rustic cooking style for years. His French Odessey program was wonderful and then followed by his Mediterranean jaunt was just brilliant. I have taken many of the dishes he cooked on these programs and added them to my repitoirre.
A local chef I would also love to sit down with is Alistair Mcleod from Bretts Wharf in Brisbane. I have been to a cooking school where he was guest chef and his gift of the gab is just as good as his cooking. Just wonderful

Ina Garten would be my choice. I just love her show and she seems like such a fun & happy person.

Kylie Kwong. I'd love to introduce her to my asian family style cooking, plus she seems like such an interesting laid back person.

I'd go for Rick Stein too... got a bit of a crush - what a nice guy. And Gary Rhodes too - love how he cooks. And chef Paul Prudhomme so I can pick his brain on Cajun cooking. And Keith Floyd cause it wouldn't matter what you served him as long as there was plenty of booze on the table.

I would 100% have to say Gordon Ramsey, simply for the laughs.(the food would be a bonus)

I would have to say it would be a toss up between Jamie Oliver and James Martin, they are both very good chefs, but then again it is a hard choice because there are so many to choose from

I would love to invite rick stein as well he has a great personality and people skills and you can learn easier cooking tips than you could from gordon and he won't breath down your throat if you mess it up but gordon would be best to learn to cook under.
