Chocolate biscuit cake recipe - Help

I am looking for the recipe or the episode of Come Dine with me where I saw a chocolate cake being dished up, it was very thin layers of chocolate cake with cream with Irish Baileys Cream Liquer in the middle. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.
