Where are the aussie chefs

The shows that are airing on lifestyle food are ridiculous! why are they showing predominantly American, Canadian and UK chefs!?? What happened to our Australian Chefs like Neil Perry and Kylie Kwong's shows? As well as Australian based food shows such as foodlovers guide and Food Safari??? I'm getting really sick of watching these international no name cooks! at least show proper chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Charlie Trotter or river cafe if they are going to be import shows!

Not Aussie, but local-ish . . . I only bought up a few topics ago that I would love to see Jo Segars 'Real Food for Real People' for their afternoon 'dinner planner' strip. I'm more likely to cook one of her dishes than one of the 'Contessa's' or Giada's! Only tonight I did a dish from 'Alive and Cooking' with good ole down to earth James Reeson, it was a hit with the whole family. And how tired are we of Huey :(

I agree at the moment I am sick of all the crap on Lifestyle Food, its my favourite Channel. I do not like the American shows so over the top. And have to admit I am so sick of all the repeats especially the really old ones like Nigella, don't get me wrong I like her but please it;s ridiculous. Most of the American ones I can't stand
