You can get a Nigel Slater book called "101 Simple Suppers" at Amazon.co.uk - I don't know if it's available in Aus yet though and not sure if this is the series tie in. Maybe keep checking on their site til it's available.

Nigel has been on tv in the uk forever, he was the one who gave Nigella her start on tv. He has written many books and won many awards for them. The Kitchen Diaries is my favourite but they are all good.
