Is everyone else enjoying this as much as I am?
I love the flavors of Caribbean food and grow many of the ingredients (Thyme, Scotch Bonnet Chili, Limes, Ginger, Spring Onions etc.).

A weekend bonus for me was finally getting to try real Jamaican Jerk Chicken, made by Jamaicans. There's a Jamaican cafe on the Gold Coast, called Jamroc. It was worth the wait and a good chance to compare my recipe to the real thing.
They even let me taste their marinade, which they bring in from Jamaica.

You lucky boy! Next time I'm in the GC I'll make a point of going to Jamroc and I'll tell them Jeff sent me - hopefully I get to taste the marinade too ; )
