I eat up foodie shows like nobody's business but i recently saw this comp which i am entering called celebrity chef for a day www.winefoodhotel.com - i'm doing my entry this weekend. it's a bit of a signature dish that all my friends love - simple, just mussels with chilli, ginger and garlic serve with a nice sancerre.
