Bacon Covered Meatloaf on Market Kitchen

I was watching Market Kitchen today and saw an African American woman make a lovely meatloaf covered in bacon, unfortunaltly I did'nt get a chance to get the recipe down on paper, if there is anybody that did I would love to get it. I cant seem to find it on this site.
