Great tips for cooking wiht fresh herbs. Before you add your fresh herbs to your cooking, flick them against the counter, doing this brings out so much more flavor.

I am not really much of a herb person.
When I cook, it's just plain and simple
but I believe it's very tasty and delicious.

I can't imagine food without herbs. Well, I CAN but I'd rather not, it would take all the fun out of gardening and growing all of those wonderful things that add so much to the flavour of every meal. If I pulled the rosemary, basil, thyme, lemon thyme, chives, summer savory, Vietnamese Mint, spearmint, oregano, Greek oregano, lemon grass, ginger, galangal, turmeric, cardamom, spring onions etc. out of my garden I'd die of boredom. It would be like eating hospital food. :-(
