Cooking Stir Fries for Wheat Intollerent

Just a little tip for fellow readers. Ifyou are cooking any Stir fried Asian Dishes there is a Soy Sauce substitute widely available in most larger supermarkets, I use it in my Restaurant and it works very well. Happy Cooking

Do you mean organic Tamari? It isn't a substitute, it's wheat free soy sauce.

Kikkoman (one of the more common soy sauce brands) make gluten free soy sauce. You can thicken it by adding corn flour, brown sugar or honey for a yummy teriyaki :-)
