This is going to be a very interesting thread! Good thinking Princess2. My all time fave is the extremely decadent Chocolate Nemesis "cake" I got from the London landmark - River Cafe. I've posted the recipe for anyone to try on my member page. I saw Rose Gray making it on a River Cafe show and was intrigued. I had to get the recipe! I've made it several times now to rapturous response. It's texture is like nothing else and you really want to eat the whole lot but it's also very rich... I wanna go and make one now!
