I was watching the food channel the other morning. The chef was making his favourite apple cake something......... Patin I think. I am sure he is French but I don't know his name and I cannot find him in the celebrity chefs list. I would love to get his name and also the name and the recipe of that cake.

Jamie Oliver is my favorite chef. I watch him all the time in the food channel. I also personally love Bobby Flay and his show Throw Down.
