Repetitive Programs

Am getting just a teeny bit miffed at the repeat programs on Lifestyle Food. Is it just me, or are the Food programmers getting lazy and repetitive? Have Seen the same Rick Stein Goa program for 3 days running - all at the same time no less! Why are we paying astronomical sums to have pay tv only to have the same episodes thrust at us day, after day, after day, after day?
Or is it just me?
