I have been amused by Adrian Richardson advertising hos program ..."Secret Meat Business" ......He states that if it has a pulse he can cook it!!! I hope he only cooks animals that have been slaughtered and no longer have a pulse.

I am afraid I have just watched the Brazilian Feijoada Recipe and I have to say that it is frankly an utter disgrace . This is a national pork dish of Brasil, it is cooked for about 3-4 hours not 30 minutes , it is not watery and doesn't have green leaves chucked in it at the end. Hysterically funny , typical Aussie , full of hot air. If he served this to Brazilian it would go straight in the bin. Must try harder
