Featuring a 10m custom-designed sushi bar with seating for 12 diners who can watch the mastery of our sushi chefs as they hand-make each piece of sushi to order.

In true Darlinghurst style, Zushi also has outdoor seating available for a further 12 diners on our designer timber cubes.

Come in and try the freshest sushi + sashimi in town, or indulge in our selection of japanese favourites such as seafood tempura and chicken teriyaki......and don't forget our homemade green tea ice-cream!
