I was born into a greek family and as a greek kid you watched your father and mother cook,and if it tasted good you remembered how to make it.

However it all tasted good and the rest is history. When i married my brother in law was a chef and had cooked all over the world and i must say some very high profile people,so being married for 37 years i did a 45 year apprenticeship between my family and brother in law. I cook all food from french sauces to pekin duck.
