Sophie, sorry, nothing to do with food! but I do love your pheasant with apples and calvdos.. but - just saw you on celebrity cash on the attic (maybe a repeat) and your cat is the double of mine, who unfortunately died last year, aged 13. have been looking for a similar one (I know - she can't be replaced!) do you ever have any kittens? or do you know anyone who has a similar cat? #
Regards, Lorna Gaston
My family and friends absolutely adore your chicken with asparagus and new potato pie. I am a very enthusiatic cook and by using your recipe aftera few times of making it I made a couple of changes. I used softened leeks in place of the aspargus and cooked the dish on the hob. For the pastry I cut out three circles going from large to small and put them with egg on top of each other. When serving I placed the "hats" on top. Everyone was impressed. Thank you for such a fantasic recipe.
