Hey Salvatore ... that recipe looks great, I can't wait to try it. It's a whole lot of the flavours I love. Sounds like you have some great restaurant experience too. i can't wait to see more of your recipes! -hg

  Thanx. I like to keep my food simple. So simple that anyone can cook it. if your going to try it make sure you buy realy good produce. Try Simon Johnson if you have one in your area
