I am Riskarella Prime, I am actually a Music Producer, and also study law. I have always loved the art of cooking, I have a love for spices and herbs. I love them. I use them well in almost everything. I Enjoy cooking almost as much as I love making music and law.
It is my dream to open a restaurante once i retire....yes retire!! because cooking for me is not a job!! i love it so much , its my pleasure in life. Cooking for 40 peopl, 50 people, is no sweat. I LOVE IT.

Well...... Tonight.... is the night......MY FATHERS BIRTHDAY...(he wont actually tell me how old he is, though ti know he was born inbetween 1938 and 1945)
I have invited the in-laws, and also a few other people along to my fathers home. I woke him up nice and early this morning, I crept into his room, and as I was goign to kiss him goodmorning, he scared me with a "boo".
So, whats on the menu?
My partners family are very fussy eaters, and my mother can be somewhat fussy. My father has a fine pallet. So, I do know, the course's must have beef, and LOTS OF IT.
We are Latin, and the older Latins---->Specially Chilean people..... LOVE THEIR BEEF.
So: I am making beef, somewhat fancy, Middle cut.... nice and round. Beautiful presentation. I will coat the outside of it in spices, and braise it. I was thinking of making a wellington, but, with a beautiful pumpkin and carrot mash , with pea mash for a garnish......ARRRRGH so many ideas..... so little times, because it is in about 7 more hours.... and I am at work.... after work I must...RUSH TO MY BUTCHER....HOUND HIM FOR GOOD PRIME MEAT.
So fingers crossed....
