I currently work in a hotel in manly,Hopefully trying to get into another hotel.Ienjoy my cooking,I do great meals for the family at home.Iam not able to do all this complicated presentation that is done to meals these days.Mine Is simple food for simple people..My favourite kinds of meals are From Austria,germany,Switzerland and also here at home some great desserts.probably my best dish for desserts is Sticky date pudding and My Xmas pudding is well sort after by my friends in the Manly area.I prefer the company of a small group andjoin them in a nice cafe in manly after work.I also enjoy Scandinavian recipes,I like to get away from the same old things in cooking magazinesyou see every week,the same stuff from the middle east,mediterranean, and also alot of Asian cookery.If I want Asian food,I pick a great place and go there to eat it.In spare time i like to watch my Bowling tournaments On TV/DVDs,For football only Aussie rules.if you keep a meal simple and tastefully by not over presented,more people will notice value for money.
