She communicates her knowledge and love of food in publications, magazines, TV, radio, online, live demonstrations and masterclasses. Over the years, she has had regular appearances on various television programs including What’s Cooking, Fresh, Food 4 Life, Alive and Cooking, The Today Show, The Morning Show and The Circle.
Her inspiring recipe ideas keep the home cook in mind, making it easy for everyone to produce mouthwatering meals in their own kitchen.
Naomi managed the Australian Grand Dairy Awards for nine years, produced the New Dairy Culture (a major foodservice resource on Australian dairy products), is an accredited cheese judge, has represented Australia as a judge at the World Cheese Championship Contest and presented the popular Cheese Matters Masterclasses at the Good Food & Wine Shows all around Australia.
