Greenhouse Chef, Matt Stone has enjoyed a rapid rise to the top of the culinary world since starting cooking in Margaret River in 2002. Matt now acts as Executive Chef, overseeing all Greenhouse kitchens, including the recent temporary Greenhouse by Joost as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

Greenhouse Chef, Matt Stone has enjoyed a rapid rise to the top of the culinary world since starting cooking in Margaret River in 2002. In 2003 he began an apprenticeship at Leewin Estate - and after moving to Perth, he was appointed Sous Chef at the famed Perth restaurant, Star Anise, at the age of 20.
