He is a qualified chef and holds a degree in Events Management.
He has gained experience and worked with different styles of food such as: Modern Asian, Thai, Spanish, Italian & Japanese in some of the world’s best known restaurants in cities including Sydney, London & Madrid.
Julio’s resume boasts experience at hatted restaurants such as Longrain, Icebergs Dining Room & Bar, and Otto’s Ristorante Italiano in Sydney, El Chaflan in Madrid (holding a Michelin Star) and Zuma in London (recently ranked in the top 100 restaurants of 2010.)
While in Europe and Australia, Julio has worked as a food stylist & professional chef for advertising, editorial & advertorial work in photography, television, commercials & film.
