Re: Sri Lankan curry - I love the look of this recipe, however, it is a bit confusing with the method???? You say to put all the spices in step 2, then later say to put the cinnamon, cloves and cardamon at step 4???? Also, you don't say when to put the ginger, garlic, lemon juice, chillies, chilli powder in???? You also say dried curry leave in the ingredients, then later at step 3 say fresh curry leaves??? Would you please clarify?
