I have been passionate about all things food and wine and an avid restaurant goer for most of my life.

I am obsessed with cooking and start to plan dinner the minute I wake up in the morning. I scour every possible food magazine, have hundreds of cook books and watch Lifestyle Food regularly. However, when it comes to actually planning and cooking - I rarely follow a recipe but tend to use ideas and make it up myself!
