Jo Pratt's quirky, no-fuss recipes and warm, engaging presence make her one of the most popular female chefs on our screens.
Her recipes and beautiful food styling regularly appear in glossy magazines such as Olive, BBC Good Food Magazine and Glamour.
Jo has worked with big-name chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and John Torode on everything from live cookery demonstrations to hit TV programmes such as Hell’s Kitchen. However, her biggest fan is Gary Rhodes. Over the last ten years Jo has worked on nearly all Gary’s books and TV programmes - and they remain good friends!
Named as one of Waterstone’s Authors for the Future, Jo recently released her second book, In The Mood For Food to rave reviews.
The Red Wheelies met Jo on the Michael Ball show and she cooked us Cornish pasties which were really tasty!
