Hi Joe, I love Thai food and am glad you posted some Thai food recipes. By the way, I also posted Thai Papaya salad which I learned from my Thai friend who used to live in Indonesia. She often invited me to her house and she cooked very delicious Tom Yam Goog and Papaya salad. Also the Thai omelette which I also posted the recipe. If you have time, please take a look at the recipes I posted, feel free to comment on them (particularly the Thai food recipes).

Love Asian food but am not that confident cooking it. Your recipes seem pretty easy for me to tackle. It's great that you have such a love of Asian culture Joe. Thanks for sharing your recipes : )
