Celebrity Chef

Jeremy Strode arrived in Melbourne from London in 1992 and was head chef at The George Hotel, the Aldelphi and his own restaurant Pomme and finally Langtons.

In 2002, he headed to Sydney to become chef director of MG Garage before he and wife Jane opened Bistrode in 2005. Jeremy currently writes a weekly food column for The Sydney Morning Herald.

Loved the Grilled Scampi & Roast Chicken recipes / demonstations. Can't wait to try them. Very inspiring!

Am planning on having the individual Christmas puddings BUT I noticed when watching the show that eggs were beaten in (and they are listed in the method) but eggs don't appear in the ingredient list.
HELP!
