Jarrod studied at the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School before working at Lilianfels Blue Mountains.
He then went on to work in esteemed establishments such as Paramount (with Christine Manfield), The Wharf Restaurant (with Tim Pak Poy), Hugo’s Lounge and Hugo’s Bondi (with Peter Evans) and Oceanic Thai (with Max Mullens). Working with such talented chefs helped Jarrod develop his skills, and acquire his own style of Asian inspired cooking.
He is now Chef at innocent Bystander in Healesville, Victoria.
