Redbean Kitchen is family owned restaurant that serves a selection of Malaysian and Chinese dishes.
Head Chef, James Lai, is the eldest of the family and started his career as a baker since the early age of 16. His passion for food motivated him to take up a career in cooking when he was 25. Working in a number of well known restaurants throughout Malaysia, James learnt about food and earned a reputation within the industry.
