Grant Schooling is executive chef at the Gilbert Street Hotel who specialises in Modern Australian cuisine. Most notably, he was the 2007 world culinary gold medalist and have won many local and national awards.
Grant currently runs cooking classes at Mercato Home Wares Direct in Adelaide. He is also the development chef for Wild OZ gourmet game.
You can join Grant on Sundays at the Wayville Showgrounds Farmers Market, showcasing local produce and the farmers in the importance of buying local produce. He is also a guest speaker on radio station 5aa on Saturday mornings with Michael Keelings Go Gourmet.
