Emma Sutherland

Nutritionist

Emma Sutherland is a successful naturopath and TV presenter and her mission in life is to inspire women to get their mojo back. She is the expert nutritionist in a premier show on LifeStyle You in 2011 called “Eat Yourself Sexy”. Inspiring and uplifting, Eat Yourself Sexy encourages women to take control of their lives and get back on the road to loving themselves.

The series follows the stories of eight women, one per episode, as they transform their bodies and find the power to reignite their relationships with the help of a team of experts. From the salad dodging housewife whose libido has gone missing to the frantic mum-of-three who never has time for herself, this series will help Australian women lose weight, regain health and reclaim their long-lost mojo once and for all.

“The show is about educating and supporting women to get their mojo back, something every woman needs! Instead of eating themselves UNsexy with radical diets and unrealistic goals, I coach the women how to optimise their health through practical diet and lifestyle changes. It was an incredible amount of fun and the women achieved amazing results!”

Hi, saw your programme tonight on the telly and enjoyed it very much. I gave up smoking september last year and have increased my weight by about 3kgs so far, which in itself isnt too bad, but i was already overweight and unfit when i gave up. I know it is part of the package and i have a goal of wanting to loose 15kgs over the next 6 months. I will be looking at your recipes to help me to achieve this and i also liked the way that you worked and interacted with the lady on the telly tonight. Thank you.

Hi Emma, What do you require to create an individual meal plan? I recognise that some individual tailoring is required, along with a lifestyle adjustment. I would happily (well kinda) give, hair analysis, photos, teeth extractions etc, for a tailored meal plan. This could be done via internet.

Hi Emma, What do you require to create a meal plan? I would love to recruit your services, and happish to provide photos, blood, hair analysis, extracted teeth (joke) via the internet. This way you could deliver your skills and knowledge to more people. As I watch the show, I realise that it is a lifestyle change, but some tailoring to the individuals needs are required. So how about it?

Hi emma, Love the recipes, but as I am on a strict calorie controlled diet I have been reluctant to try many. Is there a chance you could please include the calorie count on the recipes? If not, could you please tell me an easy way to work out calories. tanks

Hi Emma I watched your show for the first time yesterday and became immediate fan. Being a mum I am always interested in providing the nutritious and yummy meals to my family. I would like to know if I cook chicken with onions and spices with Pataks curry paste from supermaket Is it still considered healthy. I am trying to lose weight and love chicken but it have to be spicy.

Hi, I am loving the show and really love the sound of some of the meals.

I have anaphylactic allergies to nuts and seafood are there any good swaps for fish and nuts? particulary in your pancake recipe that calls for almond milk.

Hi Nicole, I am so glad that you are getting into the yummy recipes and menu plans! I generally advise double the amount of vegetables than the meat/fish component. Happy eating!

I have been reading the meal plans for both Lisa and Amanda so far and I am very keen to follow them but when you list a dinner suggestion you note how many gms of meat/fish but not about the quantity for the vegetables you suggest to have with them can you advise?
