I've made her greek slow roast lamb shoulder many times & it is infallible. Each time I make it, I cut back the balsamic just a little as it is a very powerful flavour using the full amount. Depends on your individual taste though. Give it a try!

Back in 2000 I made Donna's White Chocolate and Macadamia Cookies. They gave Mrs Fields a run for her money and I got so many request to bake them for work lunches etc...that I think I gave my copy of the recipe away. I have looked everywhere for it . Does anyone have that version. They tasted great.

Have tried the cheats chocolate fondant and it was divine!! I made twelve for 6 people and I have only 2 left!
Your coconut cream jelly with mango was the easiest desert I ever made!! Was fantabulous!!!! My kids loved it too!!
