Dieter Müller is Germany’s greatest chef.
He was the first German chef to receive four Hauben (chef’s hats) from Gault Millau and since 1998 Michelin has crowned his Restaurant Dieter Müller with three stars. A profoundly modest man who is more comfortable in the kitchen than the limelight, his cookbooks have ensured his food is now part of Germany’s culinary culture.
