Am loving 'Take Home Chef' on Discovery Home & Health. The banter between Curtis and the people on the show is really entertaining and his recipes are wonderful. I'll be buying Curtis' latest cookbook tomorrow. I'd love to see Curtis doing 'Take Home Chef' back in his home town of Melbourne and I'd love to be one of his 'victims'!!

Curtis, I can't believe that as an Australian you are promoting Coles Christmas pudding with "French Champagne". Have you never heard of the all Australian liqueur "Bloody Oath!". I would suggest that as an Australian chef you must try it. It's the only form of alcohol that should be anywhere near a Christmas pudding, and for any lazy cooks out there, drizzle it over warmed christmas cake and serve with cream or ice cream as the quintessential Christmas experience. Just opening the bottle releases the Christmas spirit. You must check it out. All you true blue aussies out there should be supporting Australian products and leave the French to promote their own. I'd love to have any feedback or recipes from anyone who is proud enough to try this unique experience. www.aussievodka.com
